No...... you can just add comment on the web, just like on facebook..
it's alot simpler then facebook, no photos etc, but you can chat instantly.
It's more of a instant messenger.

there is an app in Facebook that will allow you to update your tweets in your facebook as well, that's how I do mine!
and yeah, Clare...since you are already in Twitter, just go to twitpic, you will already have an account there when you enter your twitter account info, thats how you load pics in twitter. It will automatically add your pics on twitter too, if you want. If not, all you have to do is check the box on the upload page and it won't update in twitter. Pretty cool actually!
